BRENDA LEE EUTSLER & ASSOCIATES, P.A.

In 1999, upon graduating from Rutgers Law School in Camden, Brenda Lee Eutsler became an associate with the law firm of Asbell & Kushner, P.A. In 2002, only three years after joining the firm, Ms. Eutsler became a partner, and the firm name changed to Asbell Kushner & Eutsler, P.A., with a further change in 2009 to Asbell & Eutsler, P.A. In January 2017, upon Ms. Eutsler becoming sole shareholder, the firm became known as Brenda Lee Eutsler & Associates, P.A.

The firm continues to provide services from the building it purchased in 2004. The building was formerly a family residence where the owners raised a family of five and maintained a dental practice. Several renovations were made to allow for ample parking and handicap accessibility for the firm’s clients, but the atmosphere and feeling of “home” have been maintained for the comfort of clients and staff.

Ms. Eutsler came to the firm with stellar credentials, having worked for nearly twenty years as an estates and trusts paralegal. She also served as Deputy Surrogate of Camden County for five years. Since becoming a lawyer, Ms. Eutsler has focused her practice in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate and trust litigation, estate planning, guardianships, elder law, and residential real estate. She also provides mediation services in litigation matters.

In 2015, Brian Herman joined the firm as an associate. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, he is a former Law Clerk to the Hon. John T. Kelley, Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Criminal Part. Mr. Herman presently serves as Municipal Court Presiding Judge for Camden County and as Municipal Court Judge in Merchantville, Pennsauken, and Collingswood. His practice areas include Estates and Trust, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.

In 2019, Carly Fowler joined the firm as an associate. She is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and the former Law Clerk to the Hon. Nan S. Famular, P.J.Ch. (retired). Ms. Fowler’s practice includes Guardianships, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.

The firm has a history of dedication to the Camden County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Foundation, charitable causes, and community events.  All members of the firm have served on or are currently serving on the Association and Foundation Boards and serve as panelists and moderators for seminars.
