Brian K. Herman, Esq. is an associate at Brenda Lee Eutsler and Associates, P.A. His areas of practice include Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Trusts, and Estates, Education, and Special Education Law.
Brian is a lifelong resident of South Jersey. A graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law, Brian received his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. While attending Rutgers Law, Mr. Herman served as a judicial intern to the former Criminal Presiding Judge and former Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey – Camden Vicinage and current New Jersey Supreme Court Justice, Justice Lee A. Solomon.
After graduation and prior to joining Brenda Lee Eutsler & Associates, Brian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John T. Kelley, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Criminal Division, Camden Vicinage.
Brian is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also assists the Camden County Bar Association with its Continuing Legal Education program and has served as moderator and speaker at many seminars. Brian is a former Public Defender for the Borough of Merchantville, Pine Valley, Berlin, Oaklyn, and Brooklawn and has been named an “Awesome Attorney” and “Top Attorney” for Municipal Court by SJ Magazine in 2018 and 2019.
Currently, Brian serves as Municipal Court Presiding Judge for Camden County and as Municipal Court Judge in Boroughs of Merchantville and Collingswood and the Township of Pennsauken.
